Resume and LinkedIn are typically done within 2 weeks. First interviews usually land within about 3 weeks of starting. It generally takes 5 to 6 strong interviews to land an offer: roughly 3 to 4 months from Manager to Senior Manager, and 4 to 6 months from Senior Manager to Director.

Our fee is 8% of your first year's base salary. $8,000 is due upfront and the remainder is due only after you land an offer you choose to sign. Support continues until you land, regardless of how many interviews it takes (typically 4 to 6 months).
Due to high demand, we currently don't take on Project/Program Management searches, candidates at consulting firms and system integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Infosys), or C-level aspirants, as those searches run long.
