Varun founded Wolf Mentoring to do what recruiters won't: take complete ownership of a senior leader's job search, from positioning and applications through to booked interviews and the offer.
He runs the company from Portland, Oregon, and leads a team of more than 45 across research, delivery, coaching and marketing. That team has helped clients land more than 3,500 interviews and placed over 100 of them as Directors, VPs and C-level leaders.
Vinayak spent eight years at Deloitte in London. He joined as a data scientist, moved into building AI systems as a Lead AI Engineer, and left as a Senior Manager at Monitor Deloitte.
His work there was turning messy problems into clear plans and keeping delivery on track as priorities shifted. At Wolf he heads sales and delivery operations, and brings in AI where it solves a real problem and runs reliably every day.
Gaurav spent more than 11 years at Amazon across Retail, AWS, Alexa, Marketing and Amazon Pay, in India and the US. He helped build AWS Backup and Amazon Pay Wallet from the ground up, and holds a Master's degree from IIT Delhi.
He and Vinayak have been friends since childhood. At Wolf he builds the technology behind the service, so automation takes the repetitive work and the team spends its time on positioning, coaching and relationships.
