After more than 7 years away from the job market, this client had a pretty good idea of what he wanted from his next role.

He had spent years as a Director of Technology, leading enterprise applications and Identity & Access Management at a global health-tech company. By the time we connected, he knew he was ready to move toward Senior Director and VP-level opportunities.
