1. Are you recruiters? If not, how are you different?
No, we’re not recruiters—and that’s actually a good thing for you.
Recruiters work for companies, not job seekers. Their job is to fill specific roles for the employers who pay them, not to help candidates land jobs. They’ll only consider you if you perfectly match an open position they’re working on. And since each recruiter only has access to a handful of roles at a time, relying on them limits your options.
